Regulate a varying 8-40V DC source to fixed 12V DC. Because the input range extends below and above 12V, this unit is intended for compatible systems that require both step-up and step-down voltage regulation.

Protection and installation

Product documentation lists overload, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit and over-voltage protection. Confirm that the source voltage remains within 8-40V under all operating conditions. Suitable applications

Use with compatible 12V electronics, lighting, monitoring, audio or industrial loads where the source voltage may move above or below 12V. This is a fixed-output voltage converter, not a battery charger.
